Lily Gladstone shared a unique 'self-care' advice she received from Cate Blanchett ahead of Oscar’s season.
In an interview with PEOPLE, Gladstone revealed that Blanchett recommended adaptogenic mushrooms for self-care, stating, "Her big tip was to keep up on your adaptogenic mushrooms through this whole period, which is great advice, It's like, okay, that is a very quick, easy, self-care ritual that I can adapt, coming from one of the most brilliant, brilliant actors alive."
"You grow up idolizing somebody's career and their acting, and you think it's going to be a bit of advice about how to stay present or how to really commit to an objective or some acting tip," she added.

She is nominated for her first-ever Academy Award for her performance in Killers of the Flower Moon.
The Fremont actress also reminisced about Blanchett's past Oscar nominations. She recalled feeling disappointed when Blanchett didn’t win in 1999.
She said, “I remember just being really, really upset about that. She's my ultimate actress. I think she's the great talent of this generation.”
Additionally, the Certain Women actress shared with the outlet that she plans to carry lucky charms for the big night.
She'll bring a coin given to her by U.S. Secretary of the Interior Debra Haaland. They had a special conversation after Gladstone won a Golden Globe.
