Emily in Paris star Lily Collins penned the touching tribute and expressed her grief over the death of fashion icon Iris Apfel.

The Blind Side star reflected on the heartfelt memories of Apfel’s, and her contributions to the fashion world.

Collins took to her Instagram story section to extend her condolence, she noted on the picture late designer, who died on March 1, 2024, at the age of 102, "What a woman. What a legend. What a life."

The Mirror Mirror starlet, who is busy in the production of the highly anticipated season of the Netflix series Emily In Paris, further mentioned, “I had the pleasure of wearing her designs on @emilyinparis and honor of being able to express my admiration for her influence.”

She concluded her emotional note, “Your style will live on @iris.apfel and your legacy forever celebrated.”

It is pertinent to mention that the spokesperson Stu Loeser, for her Apfel estate, has confirmed the death to the New York Times and also that she passed away at her home in Palm Beach, Fla.

Apfel was born on August 29, 1921, in Queens, New York.
