Demi Lovato's fiancé Jordan 'Jutes' Lutes revealed the heartfelt story behind his proposal to the singer-songwriter.
Taking to Instagram, Jutes shared a series of photos from the memorable moment and expressed his excitement about their upcoming marriage.
In the caption, Jutes opened up about the personal song he wrote for Lovato, describing it as the most intimate piece of music he has ever released.
“So this is definitely the most personal song I’ve ever released. music has always helped me put my emotions into words. and having met the love of my life in the studio I felt what better way to propose than to write a song,” he wrote.
Despite initially not planning to record or release the song, Jutes decided to do so at Lovato's request, as she wanted to cherish it forever.
He detailed the process of learning to play the guitar and practicing the song while Lovato was away.
Jutes added, “I’d play it through without messing up like 30% of the time so I was crazy nervous for when it came time to play it for her. though I almost broke down a couple times, I got through it… and she said yes”
He concluded with, “I love you demi and I can’t wait to marry you”
Demi Lovato responded in the comments section, stating, “Oh my god.. this absolutely melted me!!!! I am actually a puddle of soup now.. I’m so glad you’re releasing this.. my heart is so full with love and excitement to marry you honey. I’m so proud of you and couldn’t be more happy that this is being shared with the world.
