Lily Gladstone has opened up about her deeply emotional experience at the Oscars 2024.

For her performance in The Killers of the Flower Moon, she was nominated for Best Actress at the 96th Academy Awards, held Sunday night in Los Angeles.

However she didn't win the prize, Gladstone took to her X (former Twitter) on Monday night, to express her feelings, as she wrote, "Feeling the love big time today, especially from Indian Country."

She continued, "Kittō”kuniikaakomimmō”po’waw - seriously, I love you all."

Gladstone went on to say, "Better believe when I was leaving the Dolby Theater and walked passed the big Oscar statue I gave that golden booty a little Coup tap - Count: one."

The First Cow star also reflected on seeing Osage singer at Oscars, she shared, “"When watching the Osage Singers at the Oscars, my inner voice said 'They’re the ones bringing us all up on stage tonight, that’s how it should be.' The history in the film and of the moment rightfully belong to the Osage Nation.”

"What an honor to be close enough to feel the drum," added Gladstone.

Emma Stone secured her second Oscar victory by clinching the Best Actress award for her role in Poor Things.

Competing alongside Stone were Annette Bening for Nyad, Sandra Hüller for Anatomy of a Fall, Carey Mulligan for Maestro, and Lily Gladstone for The Killers of the Flower Moon.
