Gisele Bündchen opened up about her post-divorce routine, providing intimate details about her life after her separation from Tom Brady.
While conversing with WSJ Magazine interview, the supermodel gave a candid insight into her routine and shared her activities.
Bündchen who spent more than 13 years with the NFL star, said in an interview, “I love Pilates because I had back surgery three years ago and it helps with your core.”
She explained, “I like exercise outside: surfing, swimming, horseback riding, volleyball. When I’m on holiday, I do more of that.”
The mother of two also mentioned her routine with her children, “I have my kids sometimes, sometimes I don’t have my kids,” adding, “There’s a different ritual when I'm with them and when I'm not.”

Bündchen went on to say, “When my kids are with me, they have so many activities. It's difficult to manage my schedule and their schedule.”
She added, “The most important thing for me every day is to put the oxygen mask on me first.”
While giving details of her routine, Bündchen, reportedly who is romantically involved with Joaquim Valente, continued, “To live in a state of gratitude is like a protection in your life.”
She stated further, “We can look at things like, why is this happening to me? I believe we are here because we all have something to learn and to evolve and to grow.”
Reflecting on her time, when she looked back at all the challenges in her life, she got motivated and felt that she “was stronger than I thought I was.”
Bündchen also revealed she would never include white sugar in her diet.
“There’s so many other ways you can sweeten your things that are delicious. Honey, maple syrup, dates,” she added.
