Aaron Taylor-Johnson is reportedly being approached as the next James Bond after Daniel Craig.
As per Sky News report, the Kick-Ass actor has allegedly been offered the role but has yet to officially accept it.
Sourced told The Sun, “the formal offer is on the table and they are waiting to hear back.”
Eon Productions, responsible for producing James Bond films, is reportedly gearing up for a new 007 movie, with a script in works.
Sources indicate that Taylor-Johnson is the top choice to take over the role, stating, “as far as Eon is concerned, Aaron is going to sign his contract in the coming days and they can start preparing for the big announcement.”
He is described as an 'incredibly talented actor' by the insiders, adding, “perfect person to play Bond and will pick up well from where Daniel Craig left off”

In an interview with Numero Magazine, when Taylor-Johnson was asked about him being linked with the role, he said, “I find it charming and wonderful that people see me in that role. I take it as a great compliment.”
Taylor-Johnson's potential casting comes after intense speculation about who would succeed Craig as the iconic British spy.
Previous contenders included actors like Idris Elba, who expressed frustration over racial backlash to his rumored candidacy.
Now, as per reports Taylor-Johnson may be stepping into the role, joining the esteemed ranks of Sean Connery, Roger Moore, and Pierce Brosnan.
