Singer Ben Fold has officially finalized his fifth divorce from his wife Emma Sandall after 6 years of marriage.

As reported by PEOPLE magazine, the obtained court documents stated that The Luckiest singer filed for divorce from Sandall in December 2023 due to irreconcilable differences.

The former twosome tied the knot in Hawaii on January 20, 2017.

In the legal documents, Fold stated their date of separation was November 20, 2023, and also that the divorce was concluded on February 27, 2024.

Sandall will receive $475,000 from the Fold for any interest she has in their Nashville home, as per the court order.

She will also get $650,000 in monthly payments of $27,083.33 over 24 months, and her car insurance for 12 months.

The court documents read, "Immediately upon receipt of said funds from husband, wife shall take the necessary steps to execute a quitclaim deed relinquishing all right, title, and interest to the marital home to husband."

Previously, Ben Fold's first marriage was with his "oldest friend," Anna Goodman, and then he married Kate Rosen for almost one year.

He also married Frally Hynes and their marriage lasted from 1999 to 2007, and in the same year, he tied the knot with Fleur Folds.

Fold and Fleur parted ways in 2011 and after almost 6 years of divorce he exchanged vows with Emma Sandall.
