Selena Gomez will reprise her role as Alex Russo in the ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’
Selena Gomez has delighted her fans as she is gearing up to mesmerize the audience in the upcoming sequel of the hit Disney Channel series Wizards of Waverly Place.
As per the reports of Deadline, The Only Murder In The Building star will reprise her role as Alex Russo in the American sitcom sequel and she will also serve as an executive producer.
Along with it, Gomez, who rose to fame from Wizards of Waverly Place aired from 2007 to 2012, will share the screen with her on-screen brother David Henrie, who will play the role of Justin Russo in the upcoming series.
It is reported by the outlet that the production will be kicked off in April in Los Angeles and the going to released end of this year on the Disney Channel and Disney+.

Gomez spoke on the Smartless podcast. "The older I get, the more I'm kind of like, 'I would like to find something to just settle on.'"
She also added about her preference in her career, "I do feel like I have one more album in me, but I would probably choose acting."
