Gisele Bundchen has officially confirmed her new romance, putting an end to conjecture about her relationship status amid rumors of dating with jiu-jitsu professional Joaquim Valente.

While conversing in the interview with The New York Times published on Saturday, the ex-wife of Tom Brady shared about her newfound romance, and her revelation came as the first public statement about her relationship status since her divorce.

She opened up about her love without mentioning his name, “This is the first time I am seeing someone that was a friend of mine first.”

Bundchen added, “It’s very different. It is very honest, and it’s very transparent.”

She also refuted the allegation of cheating on ex-husband Tom Brady before their 2022 divorce, “That is a lie,” she stated.

“This is something that happens to a lot of women who get blamed when they have the courage to leave an unhealthy relationship and are labeled as being unfaithful,” Bundchen told the outlet.

Bundchen and Tom exchanged their vows in February 2009 and the former couple shares two children Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11.

However, as per the reports of PEOPLE, it is confirmed that the supermodel and her Jiu-Jitsu instructor have been romantically involved since June.
