Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher have revealed that they are parting ways after several years of marriage.

Taking to the Instagram story section of their respective accounts, the couple announced on Friday that they had filed for divorce in 2023 and were sharing the news now.

The note penned on the snap of both in tennis outfits, “After a long tennis match lasting over twenty years, we are finally putting our racquets down,” adding, “In 2023 we jointly filed to end our marriage.”

“We have always prioritized our privacy, and have been quietly working through this change,” the statement continued.

It added, “We forever share in our devotion and love for our children. We sincerely appreciate your respecting our family’s wish for privacy.”

In 2004, the couple announced their engagement, and in 2007, they became parents for the first time. In March 2010, they got married in Paris, and that summer, they had their second daughter. 2015 saw the birth of their first boy and third child.

The news of Cohen and Fisher's breakup comes after Rebel Wilson called the Dictator star a "asshole" and said he tried to stop her from writing about him in her memoir, Rebel Rising
