Christian Richard has taken steps to dissolve his marriage to Christine Quinn and has initiated legal proceedings to pursue sole custody of their son.
As per the documents the reason cited 'irreconcilable differences' following his recent arrest for domestic violence at their marital residence.
The tech entrepreneur requested exclusive legal and physical custody of their two-year-old son Christian, with Quinn only being allowed visitation privileges, according to court docs that TMZ acquired.
In addition, Richard urged the court to end Quinn’s capacity to pursue spousal support and is not requesting maintenance from her.
His application makes no specific reference to a prenuptial agreement.
The documents also shared that he has requested assistance from the court to facilitate the division of assets and property between him and Christine.
He also wants to claim all income earned after their split as his own, with the date of their split being indicated as "to be determined."
The update came following Richard's arrest for attack with a deadly weapon, allegedly involving an incident where he purportedly threw a bottle of glass recyclables at Quinn but struck their son.
He has refuted this claim, calling it "lies," and said that he tossed a garbage bag full of dirty rags and paper towels against the wall.
