Taylor Swift delivers lunar-themed lyrics for her album on day of Solar Eclipse
Taylor Swift new album 'The Tortured Poets Department' will be released on April 19
Taylor Swift added an ethereal touch to fuel fans' excitement by teasing lunar-themed lyrics from her upcoming album, The Tortured Poets Department on same Day as Total Solar Eclipse
Taking to her Instagram story section on Monday, the Lover crooner posted a video of a typewriter producing what appear to be lyrics along with a link to buy the album
“Crowd goes wild at her fingertips/Half moonshine, Full eclipse,” the typewriter writes.
Swift shared the teaser on the same day when millions of people observed a complete solar eclipse in the United States, Mexico, and Canada will see a darker sky.

The clip was dropped two days after the Anti-Hero singer, in observance of her favorite number, 13, published a 13-day countdown to Tortured Poets.
Featuring the same typewriter she penned in an Instagram Story “13 days until THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT.”
Earlier this week SiriusXM revealed the launch of a Swift-themed channel dubbed Channel 13 (Taylor's Version).
“The 13th day of the channel, Friday, April 19, coincides with the release of Taylor Swift’s new album The Tortured Poets Department,” SiriusXM said in a press release.
It added, “Channel 13 (Taylor’s Version) will be playing the full album beginning to end continuously throughout the weekend.”
Taylor Swift's new album The Tortured Poets Department will be released at midnight on April 19.
