Jonathan Majors gains legal victory as ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari drops lawsuit

Jonathan Majors won a big legal win when his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari, formally abandoned her assault and defamation case against the actor.
According to PEOPLE, in court records filed on Thursday, November 21, Jabbari requested a case termination without the ability to re-file.
The former couple informed their solicitors that "all claims against Defendant in the above-captioned action are hereby dismissed with prejudice."
Jabbari previously filed a case against Majors in the Southern District of New York in March.
In her legal claim, Jabbari claimed that Majors purportedly engaged in a "pattern of pervasive domestic abuse that began in 2021 and continued through 2023."
She also revealed the incident from September 2022 in her lawsuit, where Majors allegedly pushed her against the hood of her car, took her into their residence, and "started hitting her head against the marble floor while strangling her until she felt she could no longer breathe.”
The lawsuit alleged. "After the incident, Majors texted Grace asking her not to tell anyone about what had occurred. Ignoring the pain that her body was in as a result of the violence that he inflicted against her, Majors expressed concern over his career.”
Jabbari filed the suit after Major was convicted of misdemeanour assault in the third degree, which involves wilfully causing physical injury, as well as second-degree harassment in December.
