Blake Lively recently requested a gag order against her ‘It Ends with Us’ costar Justin Baldoni’s lawyer

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, who recently took strict action against Justin Baldoni’s lawyer, has tried a new way to discipline the 41-year-old actor's legal team.
For the unversed, the 37-year-old actress requested for a gag order against Bryan Freedman, Baldoni’s lawyer, in order him to disciplined by the courts after his interview related to the on-going legal battle were getting media attention.
Now, as reported Deadline, along with that proposed protective order against Freedman, the Hollywood couple’s attorneys want to make sure the Century City litigator won’t be taking a deposition from their client in Lively’s lawsuit against the It Ends with Us actor-director for sexual harassment and retaliation.
The recent move initiated by the Gossip Girl alum against Freedman comes just hours after the couple filed notice that they intend to get Baldoni’s $400 million defamation and extortion suit against them dismissed.
For the unversed, the It Ends with Us costars have been battling it out in respective lawsuits over their differing accounts of what went down when they made the movie adaption based on 2016’s novel of same name.
Blake Lively initiated the drama by filing a lawsuit against Justin Baldoni, in December 2024, alleging that he sexually harassed her and started a smear campaign against her during the film shooting.
Earlier this month, the 41-year-old actor, who was also the director of the film, backfired the 37-year-old actress' allegations with a counter-lawsuit, alleging that she and her A-lister husband tried to hijack the movie by using intimidation tactics.
