Ben Affleck ditches Jennifer Lopez in surprising move
Ben Affleck's Dunkin' band returns without Jennifer Lopez

Hollywood star Ben Affleck, has made a major comeback with another Super Bowl ad, leaving former partner Jennifer Lopez behind this time.
DunKings, the Dunkin’ band led by Ben, has ditched Jennifer for the new advertisement.
Last year’s ad featured Affleck surprising the 49-year-old, during a recording session, with an all-star ensemble, including Matt Damon and Tom Brady, rocking outrageous Dunkin’ tracksuits.
The estranged couple performed the hilarious and catchy "Don’t Dunk Away at My Heart," a move that sent fans into frenzy. However, this year’s ad has a different vibe.
While the 52-year-old returns as the face of Dunkin’, fans will have to wait and see what the future holds for the DunKings.
With new dynamics at play, Dunkin’ is sure to have more surprises in store, even without J.Lo’s star power this time around.
On the other hand, the Succession star Jeremy Strong has also marked his appearance in the much anticipated ad, alongside his brother Casey and Ben.
The ad, titled "The Bean Method," starts with the Affleck talking outside Strong's dressing room, with Casey saying that Strong is preparing for his new role
"Jeremy is a method actor. He's not coming out till he's ready," Casey says. Ben then opens the door, and Strong emerges from a giant can of Dunkin' coffee beans. "What are you doing in there?" Ben says.
"We're doing a Dunkin' Donuts commercial, right?" Strong responds. "I'm just trying to find the character."
"I think I found a way in," Strong continues. "You're from Boston, I'm from Boston. Dunkin' is Boston. Boston is Paul Revere. One if by land, two if by sea. The red coats are coming."
For the unknown, the couple officially parted ways in 2024, with Jennifer Lopez filing for divorce that August, after a rocky marriage.
Their settlement was finalized in January 2025, marking the end of their highly publicized relationship.
