Kanye West and Bianca Censori’s rumoured troubled marriage has entered a new phase.

For the unversed, multiple reports have claimed that the pair is heading divorce, while both the 47-year-old rapper and the 30-year-old model are allegedly seeking legal counsel, on Thursday.

The couple’s spokesperson then soon refuted the reports and confirmed that the pair are in Los Angeles and planning to spend Valentine’s Day together, despite claims of a legal split.

Now, TMZ has claimed that the couple doesn’t have a pre-nup agreement in place. This lack of a prenup agreement between the two could possibly lead to a multi-million-dollar battle over assets.

The publication claimed, "What makes it even more intriguing, we’re told Kanye has actually lost money since he married Bianca.

" In California, assets and debts are split equally, so on the surface, she could actually owe money."

This means Censori, as per the publication, could be responsible for a portion of the financial liabilities as well along with the assets.

The rumours of their alleged separation appeared following the couple’s controversial entrance at the 2025 Grammys, where Bianca Censori wore almost nude outfit that sparked debates about her treatment by Kanye West.
