Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston reunion on the horizon with a special project?

Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston are rumoured to be working on a new screen collaboration with each other, as confirmed by RadarOnline.

The website  has    shared the claims of a ‘longtime friend’ of both, who says, “Brad has actually been pitching ideas to Jen for years now, but she's always resisted.”

“She didn't want to complicate his divorce from Angelina, but was also focused on her own projects,” the source continued.

Aniston is reportedly delighted with “the latest script his team has sent over."

It's also been revealed that the film could potentially be a rom-com. "It's going to be total box office gold to see Brad and Jen let off steam in a rom-com."

Many of Hollywood’s big names are looking to get involved with the exciting project. That includes director David Fincher, who has regularly collaborated with Pitt in the past.

For those unversed, Pitt and Aniston were married for five years (2000-2005) before splitting up when Pitt started dating his Mr. and Mrs. Smith co-star Angelina Jolie.

Pitt and Jolie eventually got married in 2014 but divorced in 2019.  They remain embroiled in a public battle over their shared assets in the divorce.

While Aniston also got remarried to actor Justin Theroux. They got divorced in 2018.
