MBC’s 'Home Alone' announced as No.01 variety show of South Korea

The Korean Business Research Institute announced October brand reputation rankings for South Korean popular variety shows.

MBC’s Home Alone was at the top of the list with a brand reputation index of 6,722,730 for last month.

With a brand reputation value of 5,266,257, SBS’s My Little Old Boy to second position in the rankings.

Meanwhile, brand reputation index of 4,300,048 and a jump to the third position, SBS’s Running Man showed a remarkable 31.89 % gain in its score since August.

MBC’s Radio Star maintained its position in fourth place and KBS’s National Singing Contest completed the top five for July.

The rankings were calculated using big data gathered between September 2 to October 2 by the Korean Business Research Institute.

The institution announced its ranking after the analysis of 50 popular variety shows.
