Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 leak reveals major multiplayer twist
A recent leak has provided interesting details regarding the upcoming Call of Duty game, reportedly titled Call of Duty: Black Ops 7.
According to the leak, the highly-anticipated game will be a sequel to Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 (2012). Notably, the leak has been verified by industry insider Tom Henderson,
The Black Ops 7 is reportedly set in 2035, which split its timeline between the 1980s and 2025.
This setting also aligns with Black Ops 2’s forward-looking narrative, featuring returning characters such as Frank Woods and Alex Mason.
The game’s campaign is said to feature four-player co-op and a large open-world map called “Avalon.”
The multiplayer mode is expected to include a new 32v32 player mode, similar to Battlefield and omni movement and wall running mechanics.
The game will also feature remakes of popular Black Ops maps with a futuristic Japanese style, progression level system, killstreaks, and perks.
The famous Zombies mode is reportedly getting the original crew with multi-verse variation, a Tranzit remake, round-based gameplay with a difficulty toggle, and a "wonder vehicle."
It should be noted that while the leak comes from an anonymous source, Henderson's verification lends credibility to the claims.
