Kim, Khloe Kardashian blast late dad Robert Kardashian’s wife Ellen Pearson

Kim and Khloe Kardashian did not hold back their thoughts on step-mother Ellen Pearson during the latest season finale of their Hulu series The Kardashians.

The Kardashian patriarch, attorney and businessman Robert Kardashian Sr., married his last wife Ellen Pearson during the same year he passed away in 2003 following a brief battle with esophageal cancer.

During their show’s final episode, Kim recounted a specific dream which she had a night before the episode was recorded, to her sister Khloe.

The 44-year-old socialite revealed that she dreamt about Robert being alive while living in Los Angeles, hidden from his family with their mother, Kris Jenner, while staying with Ellen.

This revelation prompted Khloe to simply remark, “Ew.”

Though they did not discuss the matter further, Kim’s sister also informed her that she too has had dreams about their late dad being alive "all the time."

In an amusing instance, when Kim first mentioned Ellen to her sister, a producer on the show thought that to be a reference to comedian and former host, Ellen DeGeneres, which made her laugh.

"No, his wife," the American entrepreneur clarified.

Taking another subtle but poignant dig at their step mother, she playfully said that DeGeneres being their dad’s wife "would’ve been the dream."

Ellen Pearson’s strained relationship with her late husband Robert Kardashian’s family also came to light in a previous incident from 2013, when she sued members of the family, including Kim and Khloe Kardashian, and their Keeping Up With the Kardashians producer Ryan Seacrest, claiming that they had tried to smear her name through some developments on the show.
