Prince William, Kate Middleton prepare major plans for Prince George’s royal future
Prince George is Prince and Princess of Wales’ firstborn

Prince William and Kate Middleton took a huge step letting their eldest, Prince George, be initiated into the matters of public-facing royal life by bringing him along for the VE Day tea party at Buckingham Palace earlier in the week.
What was described by experts as a “balancing act” between the young Prince’s future as a British monarch and his present childhood, the move gained a lot of attention from royal watchers.
According to leading royal experts and observers, this seems to be the key to the Wales’ grand plans for the future of the British monarchy, as far as their son is concerned.
As the 11-year-old Prince was pointed out as being a major figure in the Kensington household for his presence at the prestigious event alongside World War II veterans and generians.
The Daily Mail revealed that various sources have noted that William and Kate “have carefully started to give George a ‘small taste of his future duties as King’”.
A palace insider also expanded on this angle with PEOPLE, revealing, “William and Kate are doing the right thing, protecting him so he can have as normal a childhood as possible, but he's also dipping into duties as a future monarch.”
They added that King Charles’ first grandchild is receiving “firsthand experience” about “what it’s like to be a royal monarch” while also experiencing childhood as “a normal boy.”
It could be time to recall Prince William’s comments about his eldest, made three years after Kate Middleton gave birth to him, as he shared, “There will be a time and a place to bring George up and understand how he fits in the world but right now it’s just a case of showing a secure stable environment around him.”
