Miley Cyrus shares details about her traumatic experience on the 'Zane Lowe Show'
Miley Cyrus revealed what her New Year's resolution for 2025 was to overcome from a severe health condition.
On Wednesday, May 21, during her appearance on the Zane Lowe Show, Miley talked about her traumatic health crisis as she suffered from an ovarian cyst rupture.
The Flowers singer revealed that she suffered the health in 2023 while co-hosting “Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party” show with her Godmother Dolly Parton.
“I had a pretty traumatic experience on a show that I was doing with Lorne Michaels when I was doing my New Year’s show,” the Grammy winner said.
She further added, “I had a medical emergency. I had an ovarian cyst rupture. We did not know exactly what was going on so we did it.”
The 32-year-old explained it was very distressing and disturbing for her to do the show because of intense pain but she chose to continue it at that time.
Miley also revealed that because of her health scare she was considering to walk away from the music industry.
As per Page Six report, Johns Hopkins medicine shared, ovarian cysts can develop for various reasons and most of the time are harmless, but sometimes it causes severe symptoms like bleeding and lower abdominal pain.
Miley Cyrus's reorganised her new album, Something Beautiful is set to release later this month.
