Princess Eugenie isn’t afraid of taking on new Royal duties in support of her uncle King Charles.

The King's Foundation has come forward and made an announcement, naming the 35-year-old royal family member as a mentor for the foundation's new "35 under 35" network on May 22.

Launched during the 35th anniversary of the King’s Foundation, the network brings together the "exceptional young people" dedicated to furthering and advancing the 76-year-old monarch’s vision for a better world through sustainability, traditional crafts and the arts.

Just like her uncle, the younger daughter of Prince Andrew is quite adamant and passionate about the mission to bring conservation and sustainability to people’s lives. She has enthusiastically expressed her desire for joining the foundation's new mentorship network.

In a statement, Princess Eugenie stated, "I’m delighted to be working with this group of exceptional young people who have been selected thanks to their outstanding work in areas The King is passionate about."

"Given I recently celebrated my 35th birthday, it’s fitting to take part in the charity’s 35th anniversary celebrations and share my passion for art with the 35 under 35!"

This news came just weeks after her sister Princess Beatrice had shown support for the King and Queen at the Elephant Family's 'Wonders of the Wild' event, which was held at the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew in west London.
