It’s a special day for Princess Eugenie today as she wholeheartedly celebrated her youngest son Ernest’s second birthday.

His birthday marks a heartwarming moment for her and husband James Brooksbank.

The celebration comes shortly after a busy time of travel for the York family as the Princess of York just wrapped up her cultural trip to New York, where she explored the city’s vibrant art scene as she toured the prestigious galleries.

Taking to her Instagram account, the 35-year-old royal gave a glimpse to her followers of her adventure in a carousel post of her time at the museum.

Her post of the extravagant artworks displayed her passion for creativity.

"Rashid Johnson, Jack Whitten, Amy Sherald, Mary Heilmann" she penned in the caption of the post, crediting the artists.

Fans also took to the comments appreciating the artwork shown in the carousel.

Her visit to the States came after she garnered a new role as the King's Foundation came forward naming Princess Eugenie as a mentor for the foundation's new "35 under 35" network on May 22.
