British heartthrob Henry Cavill is one of the physically fit actors, who have achieved a 100% perfect body shape for iconic film roles, including his portrayal of Superman in the 2013 film, Man of Steel.
Delving deep into the 42-year-old actor’s insane diet plan, it has been revealed that the Deadpool & Wolverine actor’s diet is super strict and consist of a limited 5,000 calories a day.
Cavill eats food such as steak, salmon, turkey, eggs, which provides him high-protein fuel.
Meanwhile oats, sweet potatoes, and quinoa give him clean carbs.
For fats, the Argylle star opts for avocados, nuts and olive oil last but not the least, he consumes three protein shakes as supplements.
Apart from his diet, the Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare actor is focused on physical fitness and for that he tends to lift a total of 5,000 kg in heavy compound exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and bench presses.
On the professional front, Henry Cavill will soon star in action thriller film, In the Grey.
