Sydney Sweeney turned heads as she stepped out in New York City amid her bathwater soap controversy.

On Thursday, June 5, the American actress was  spotted for a rare outing as she showed off her incredible figure in a short white blazer paired with matching shorts.

Sydney styled her honey-brown tresses into sleek updo, and paired the look with black shades.

The Immaculate actress completed her look with earrings and a black bag, matching pointed-toe pumps , while in the makeup department she opted for a soft glam look.

This outing came days after Sydney posted a photo on her Instagram account to share her latest brand partnership which is limited-edition Dr. Squatch soap bar containing her used bathwater.

The 27-years-old recently unveiled bathwater bliss, a new product that sparked controversy among her 25 million Instagram followers.

Soon after the post went on social media Sydney’s fans  went into frenzy and flooded the comment section with negative reactions.

One fan wrote, “this is so weird”

“You are objectifying women. Its SHAME FUL”, another commented.

A third penned, “girl dis is so embarrassing”

“So disappointing”, another added.

A fifth noted, “Embarrassment as a woman like wtf? Bath water?”

According to Daily Mail, Sydney Sweeney admitted that she came up with the idea to repurpose leftover suds from a previous Dr. Squatch campaign, revealing she pitched the concept of soap bar featuring a splash of her bath water.
