Prince William, Kate Middleton reach major agreement on Prince George’s future
George is set to take on new academic journey with approval from his parents

Prince William and Kate Middleton have reportedly reached an important decision regarding their eldest, Prince George’s future.
According to multiple sources, the 11-year-old royal is set to attend Eton College, following in his father’s footsteps, who went to the same school when he was a young boy.
Mail on Sunday reported that the consensus which was recently reached by the Wales couple came after the Princess of Wales desired her son to attend her alma mater, Marlborough College.
Since then, parents to Prince George and his two other siblings toured multiple academic facilities before eventually settling on Eton.
While the British outlet further reported that Eton being located near the pair’s Adelaide residence also became a deciding factor for them, though both the chosen institute and Marlborough were “clear front runners”.
Previously, OK! Magazine reported that there was “a lot of tension” between Prince William and Kate Middleton due to their conflicting academic choices for Prince George.
As a source also shared with the outlet, “Kate thinks sending him to such a stuffy, upper-crust institution goes against all of their efforts to modernize the monarchy.”
Eton College was chosen by the couple after William “finally won” that argument.
