Kate Middleton, Princess Charlotte’s most adorable matching moments

Kate Middleton has matched with her only daughter, Princess Charlotte, on several occasions by now.

From matching ensemble colours to patterns, hairstyles, as well as accessories, the royal mother-daughter duo have collaborated during many fashionable appearances.

Together and separate; here are some of the best matching looks between Princess Kate and Princess Charlotte:

The camo look

When Kate photographed Charlotte for her 10th birthday this year, the young princess was decked out in a camouflage jacket, reminiscent of a look her mother once donned while visiting a snowy base for the Irish guards in 2023.

With their hair swept up in a braid and a ponytail respectively, the mother and daughter styled their camo looks accordingly.

Pretty in pink

For the 2017 Trooping of the Colour ceremony, the two princesses stepped out in matching shades of the loveliest pink.

With Kate’s more sophisticated Alexander McQueen look and elaborate matching headwear, she contrasted perfectly with Charlotte’s more age-appropriate patterned pink dress, paired with adorable red shoes.

The turquoise touch

This year, Trooping the Colour parade saw Kate and Charlotte put on an exquisite show in contrasting shades of turquoise.

With Kate’s more vivid Catherine Walker coat dress and Charlotte’s lighter tone in the same colour, both of the mother and daughter’s looks featured matching white accents.

Though the younger princess’ shoes were flat white Mary Jane pumps, the future queen opted for her usual heeled nude pumps from Gianvito Rossi.

Polka dot chic

Kate’s polka dot moment from Wimbledon 2022 was recreated by her daughter at the same tournament two years later.

Princess Charlotte attended Wimbledon in 2024, wearing a navy blue polka dot dress, which was reminiscent of her mother’s former Alessandra Rich ensemble.

With elaborate sleeves, Kate’s puffed detail contrasting Charlotte’s frilly ones, both of the dresses also featured bows; with Kate’s tied on her chest and Charlotte’s going around her waist.

The tiara moment

Finally, this matching tiara moment awed the crowds around the world, as Princesses, Kate and Charlotte stepped out to attend King Charles and Queen Camilla’s coronation in 2023.

The ceremony which took place at Westminster Abbey saw the royal pair rock lookalike headwear from Alexander McQueen.

Making their own statement at the event which marked a new era for their country, the mother and daughter were seated inside the church together, as their sparkling tiaras with matching leafy details shone atop their heads.
