Beyond lights and cameras, many celebrities have ‘hidden’ talents that prove they are more than just stars.

Who knew our favourite stars had secret skills that fans were unaware of.

Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift continues to remind us that no one is defined by just one thing, and she is living proof of that.

The 35-year-old singer’s pal Cara Delevingne, who once lived with her during an emotionally rough time, opened up about the Cruel Summer hitmaker’s incredible gift for wordplay which isn’t just limited to songwriting.

"The thing about Taylor, though, is I’ve seen her do a speech at someone’s wedding before, and it was a roast. She’s one of the funniest, most clever people. Anyone could roast her easily, but at the same time, she could f**k everyone up so hard," Cara said in an Interview article with Nikki Glaser.

Terry Crews

Apart from entertainment, Terry Crews appreciates art as well.

He’s not just an actor but an artist. The 57-year-old star is a skilled artist and illustrator. 

This unexpected skill of his was also highlighted in the show Brooklyn Nine-Nine, where his character Terry Jeffords was based on his actual persona.

In season one in the episode 'M.E. Time' of the sitcom, his real life artistic ability was mentioned when Amy, played by Melissa Fumero, asked Terry to paint a portrait of their Captain Raymond Holt.

He has shown off his artwork on Jimmy Kimmel, and has illustrated a cover for Ad Age Magazine too.

Additionally, he also plays the flute and is a trained flautist. 

Steve Martin

Known for his comedic roles, Steve Martin has an unexpected talent that likely not many people knew about.

The Only Murders in the Building actor is really good at playing the musical instrument banjo. He started playing the unique instrument when he was just 17-years-old and didn’t let his skill go to waste as he also earned Grammys for his mountain music and he released a new bluegrass album, Rare Bird Alert.

Rebel Wilson

During her appearances on The Graham Norton Show, Pitch Perfect actress Rebel Wilson wowed the host with not only her amazing rapping skills but also surprised him with her surprising talent using nunchucks.

In 2024, Jennifer Garner showed off her saxophone skills for Reese Witherspoon's birthday, playing the 'Happy Birthday' tune in "smooth jazz" in a video posted by the actress on Instagram.

Sydney Sweeney

Sydney Sweeny is not just a rising Hollywood actress, but also a vintage car enthusiast and her love for vehicles runs in the family. 

Prior to fame, she was so dedicated towards cars that she even worked as a mechanic just like some of her family members. Everything she knew about cars was taught by her family. 

The 27-year-old Euphoria actress also learned to drive on her great-grandfather’s F-100, as well as restored a Ford Bronco, which she very proudly shared on Instagram

Barbie star Margot Robbie was once a tattoo artist. She has given tattoos to approximately 50 people using her own tattoo machine, including her Suicide Squad co-stars, channeling her own Harley Quinn.

However, the 35-year-old Australian actress ended up misspelling the world squad, writing Skwad on a crew member.

She also completely stopped after getting drunk at a bachelorette party where she also gave a tattoo to her also drunk pal.
