The world of Hollywood focuses on one thing; the way they look and, in most cases, it should be fit and fabulous.

Hence to achieve such healthy weight, different celebrities use different techniques, some go for combination of healthy eating, regular exercise, or yoga and some prioritise overall well-being.

However, there are few notable Hollywood actors who opt for Intermittent Fasting to achieve their desired weight or to maintain their overall health. But what is this specific fasting?

Intermittent Fasting also known as IF is time restrictive eating pattern which helps you with weight loss, regulate blood sugar levels, and reduced inflammation.

This fasting consists of four methods i.e. 16:8, 5:2, alternate day fasting, and eat-stop-eat method.

In 16:8, you fast for 16 hours and eat within an 8-hour window, meanwhile, during 5:2 method; you eat normally for 5 days, restricting calories to 500-600 on the other 2 days.

In alternate day fasting, you alternate between days of normal eating and days of calorie restriction or fasting and in eat-stop-eat method, you fast for 24 hours once or twice a week.
