Season 34 of Dancing with the stars (DWTS) started with glitter, excitement and also lots of energy. Fourteen celebrities teamed up with professional dancers and took the stage for the first time and that night no one was eliminated as everyone got the chance to show their Latin ballroom skills and impress the judges.

One of the most talked-about performances came from Robert Irwin and Witney Carson. Judge Derek Hough praised them, saying their dance was “the best dance” he’s “ever seen on the show.” That comment made Robert and Witney early favourites in the competition.

Here are the first two couples eliminated from Dancing with the Stars:

After his elimination, Baron said, “I have not been coached in a while, so far to get off my butt was awesome.”

Second couple

The second couple to go home was Corey Feldman and Jenna Johnson. Corey known for his acting in the 80s and 90s, tried to cha cha to Baby Got Back

Judge Bruno Tonioli called the performance “technically unique and unforgettable" but the audience votes were not enough to keep them in.

Before leaving, Corey said, “I feel really terrible because she deserved better, and she deserves to be the champ every year in my book.”
