Paris Hilton had long dreamed of sharing her story in a bold new way. When the idea came to turn Paris: The Memoir into a TV show as the actress felt both excited and nervous. She saw this as a chance to let people truly see the real person behind the public persona.

In this journey, the House of Wax star was joined by two sisters, she deeply admires Dakota and Elle as Paris said, “I love Elle and Dakota as they are so talented, kind, beautiful and lovely so it’s been a dream to be working with them and creating this series together.”
The cast and creative team wanted to make sure that every emotional moment, every challenge and every achievement in her life would feel real.
A surreal and iconic experience
Paris looked forward to watching the show take shape as the 44-year-old called it fantastic and described it as “so entertaining and its just surreal to me that I now have a whole TV series based on my life story that’s so iconic.”
Working side by side with Dakota and Elle, The Bling Ring star felt understood the sisters had grown up watching her career. In her words, “They grew up watching my career unfold, so they understand both the cultural impact and the personal journey behind it.”
A full circle moment
The Bottoms Up alum did not yet say who would play her in the series, or whether one sister might portray her and another play her sister. But she spoke of the process as a “full-circle moment”, emotionally rich and deeply meaningful.
Grateful for the team behind the show
Throughout it all, Paris felt gratitude. She called the experience “very, very exciting” and praised the team behind the show, saying “A24 … they’re the best in the business, so I love working with them as well.”
Looking ahead
With her life’s highs and lows ready to be translated into episodes, Paris Hilton looked ahead with wonder. She believed that with Dakota, Elle and her collaborators, the series would be more than just a retelling it would be a heartfelt and powerful story.
