Here are some of the amazing love triangles that shook Hollywood:

Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston, and Angelina Jolie

Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston were the fan favourite couple of the late ’90s. The two started their romance in 1998 and marrying in a $1 million Malibu wedding two years later. Everything looked perfect, until 2005, when the couple announced their divorce.

At that time, Pitt had been working with Angelina Jolie on Mr. and Mrs. Smith, and sparks flew.

Soon after, Pitt and Jolie became Hollywood’s new “It couple,” eventually marrying in 2014. However their union did not last long, and it all ended when Jolie filed for divorce in 2016.

Reese Witherspoon, Ryan Phillippe, and Abbie Cornish

Reese Witherspoon met Ryan Phillippe at her 21st birthday in 1997, and by 1999 they were married after starring together in Cruel Intentions. They welcomed daughter Ava that same year, but after seven years, the marriage ended in 2006.

Phillippe was later linked to Stop-Loss costar Abbie Cornish, with rumors of infidelity adding fuel to the tabloids. The pair dated until 2010. Witherspoon eventually remarried in 2011.

Aaron Carter, Hilary Duff, and Lindsay Lohan

Teen drama dominated the early 2000s when Aaron Carter dated Hilary Duff — while also seeing Lindsay Lohan. These messy relationships led to a feud between the two actresses. Due to this, Lohan also mocked Duff on SNL in 2004.

Anjelica Huston, Jack Nicholson, and Rebecca Broussard

Anjelica Huston and Jack Nicholson had an on and off romance. Things ended when Nicholson revealed he was expecting a child with model Rebecca Broussard.
