Sean 'Diddy' Combs makes unexpected appeal ahead of sentencing
Diddy makes last effort to ditch harsh sentence

Sean "Diddy" Combs recently broke silence with a last-minute appeal before his sentencing which is set to take place today, October 3, 2025.
For the unversed, the rapper, who faces more than two decades in prison following a trial in May, will be presented before Judge Arun Subramanian for his final hearing in the case.
The disgraced music mogul, as per The Standard, on Thursday asked the judge determining his fate for "mercy" and "another chance."
In this regard, his lawyers submitted a letter signed by Combs in which he told the judge that he was "scared to death" to be away from his family and vowed he "will never commit a crime again."
"This has been the hardest 2 years of my life, and I have no one to blame for my current reality and situation but myself," Combs wrote in the three-and-a-half page letter.
The hip-hop innovator also apologised for physically assaulting his former girlfriend Casandra Ventura, who testified against him earlier this year.
It is worth mentioning here that Sean "Diddy" Combs faces up to 20 years in prison if the judge rules against him today, however, prosecutors are pushing for a sentence of more than 11 years, while his defense team is asking for no more than 14 months.
