Exotic dancer Sharay Hayes shares thoughts on Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ prison sentence
Exotic dancer who testified in Diddy trial speaks out after sentencing

Male exotic dancer Sharay Hayes, also known as “The Punisher,” who testified at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal sex crimes trial, is sharing his thoughts for the first time after learning about the music mogul’s 50-month prison sentence.
Speaking to TMZ and the Daily Mail, Hayes revealed that although he initially believed Combs should have received a longer sentence, he changed his mind after hearing Judge Arun Subramanian’s reasoning behind the decision.
Combs was sentenced on Friday, October 3, to more than four years in prison following a nearly-two month federal trial that concluded with his conviction on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution in July.
His sentence also includes five years of supervised release and a $500,000 fine.
"I don't want to invalidate anything the victims went through, and I have been thinking of Cassie. This is a man who did terrible things,” Hayes said.
"But the world is so harsh because everybody thinks his remorse is not real. This guy's life — his fall from grace — is a devastating circumstance," he stated, adding, "I believe there's genuine remorse."
The witness in the high profile case also revealed that he wanted to be present in the courtroom during Combs’ sentencing for his own “closure” after testifying in May.
It is worth noting that, at the time, Hayes testified that he was paid $800 to stage a “sexy scene” for Combs and his then-girlfriend, Casandra "Cassie" Ventura.
