A known stalker of Prince Harry reportedly attempted to approach him twice during his recent visit to the United Kingdom, raising serious security concerns.

It is pertinent to mention that the Duke of Sussex travelled to the UK last month to meet his estranged father, King Charles, for the first time in almost two years, and to attend several charity events.

The Telegraph reported that during his visit, a female stalker entered a “secure zone” at a hotel visited by Harry as he attended a WellChild awards ceremony.

Just two days later, the same woman was seen "a stone’s throw” from the Duke when he visited Imperial College London’s Centre for Blast Injury Studies.

A member of Harry’s private security staff reportedly “body-blocked” the woman to prevent her from intruding on his personal space.

The woman was discovered to have a long history of following the Prince and his wife, Meghan Markle. She was even spotted in Nigeria during the couple’s visit in 2024.

The Duke of Sussex’s personal protection team has identified the woman as a “fixated individual."

For the unversed, Harry and Meghan announced they were stepping back as working members of the royal family in January 2020.

Since then, the couple has been told they could no longer have the same full-time police protection as other royals.

Instead, they receive a special security arrangement, requiring them to give 30 days’ notice before visiting the U.K. so that each trip can be assessed for security reasons.
