The friendship between Taylor Swift and Blake Lively has taken an interesting new turn after the singer released her twelfth album titled The Life of a Showgirl.

It all started when Swift’s fiancé, Travis Kelce during his podcast, hinted at a reconciliation between the two, who have been friends since 2015, however, Lively’s legal fight with It Ends with Us costar Justin Baldoni caused conflicts between them.

However, the hint comes with a twist as the professional football player episode of the New Heights Film Club podcast was a re-uploaded, meaning it was originally released last year.

The timing suddenly drew attention among social media users as they were already speculating that they might mend ways over two reasons.

The Gossip Girl alum liked the post of the 35-year-old singer’s post about her newly released album, which was released on October 3, 2025.

Later, the The Fate of Ophelia songstress, in one of her album covers, could be seen wearing a bracelet that is nearly identical to the one the Another Simple Favor actress wore to the London premiere of It Ends with Us, last year, giving the fans interpreting it as a sign of reconciliation.
