Why young Americans hate Meghan Markle

Meghan Markle is reportedly facing an immense hate by the Americans especially the youth who is either single or sentimental.

Radar Online recently revealed that Meghan is facing struggles to win over American youth not entirely for her royal past or her Hollywood ambitions, but for one deeply personal reason i.e. her decision to distance herself from her biological family.

The source in this regard told the publication that the Sussexes told that this view reflects a growing shift in how 43-year-old Meghan is perceived across the Atlantic.

"When Meghan first moved to California, she was seen as a symbol of independence – a woman standing up for herself," the insider said, adding, "But over time, that narrative has faded. Americans are emotional about family.”

The tipster added, "The idea of cutting off your father, or publicly criticizing your in-laws, doesn't sit well with many people here. It feels too cold, too transactional."

For the unversed, the Suits alum’s strained relationship with her father has long drawn public attention.

Her father, Thomas Markle was even unable to attend Meghan Markle’s wedding to Prince Harry in 2018.
