Brad Pitt is reportedly seeking new bond, which was denied by his own children.

As reported by Radar Online, the F1 actor, who is a father of six children, has been quietly supporting his late close friend Chris Cornell’s children.

It's worth mentioning that Cornell, who died by suicide in 2017, is survived by his children: 19-year-old Christopher, 25-year-old Lillian, and 21-year-old Toni.

An insider, in this regard, revealed, "Through them, Brad is finding the kind of connection his own kids have denied him."

The 61-year-old actor has become a surrogate father to Cornell's children following his death, which was ruled a suicide.

This role comes as Pitt remains estranged from his own older children.

In the end, the source maintained that that doesn't change the Bullet Train star’s fatherly instincts one bit, and he's managed to channel it in a direction outside his own family.

For the unversed, Brad Pitt's relationship with his children changed primarily due to the fallout from his divorce from Angelina Jolie, stemming from a 2016 incident on a private plane where an investigation was launched into his alleged aggression toward the children.

The ex-couple are parents to Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox, and Vivienne.
