On World Mental Health Day, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle continued their ongoing psychological wellness advocacy by attending an important event held in New York City.

On Friday, October 10, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended Project Healthy Minds’ festival.

Taking to the stage, the 41-year-old prince said, “Today is more than just about conversation — it’s about community.”

He then highlighted how the dynamics of world have significantly shifted and how young people face major threats online.

“Young people exposed to relentless comparison, harassment, misinformation and an attention economy designed to keep us scrawling at the expense of sleep and real human contact,” Harry noted.

He added, "Young people learning to navigate a digital world that wasn't designed with their wellbeing. This is what we've discovered. Maintaining good mental health isn't just an individual challenge, it is a community responsibility. Approach this way, everybody wins. That's what today is about.”

It is worth noting that this appearance came just one night after Harry and Meghan attended Project Healthy Minds’ World Mental Health Day Gala in NYC on Thursday, October 9.
