Ryan Reynolds goes silent on Blake Lively after onstage controversy
Ryan Reynolds bteaks his silence but leaves Blake Lively out completely

Ryan Reynolds has apparently learned to step carefully when it comes to talking about his wife, Blake Lively.
The Deadpool star remained noticeably silent about her during his latest public speaking event at the Kings Theatre in Brooklyn on Wednesday.
During a previous appearance on September 25, Reynolds had revealed that he swore at Lively while trying to answer a long awaited call from actor Bill Murray. “I’m there with my wife, and we’re about to walk in and my phone buzzes—it says Bill Murray,” Reynolds recalled at the time.
“She goes, ‘We have to go in!’ and I’m like, ‘F*** you!’” he added.
His remark didn’t sit well with fans, many of whom called his language “disrespectful” and “offensive.” Perhaps taking note, the actor edited the story this week, leaving out any mention of Lively altogether.
Instead, he focused on the comedic chaos of trying to contact Murray for his John Candy: I Like Me documentary.
Joined by Hugh Jackman and Colin Hanks, Reynolds joked, “I left 40 messages—he ghosted the s*** out of me.”
