Blake Lively's secret contract about shocking bonus clause from It Ends with Us has come to light amid her ongoing with film costar Justin Baldoni.
On Thursday, Baldoni’s legal team submitted unsealed court documents, dated May 5, 2023, which had detailed information about an unsigned draft by Lively.
As reported by Us Weekly, the 38-year-old actress was to be paid over $1.7 million as a "fixed" compensation to star in the 2024 movie.
The unsigned contract also mentioned that the Another Simple Favor star would be paid 10 percent of movie adaption based on Colleen Hoover’s novel’s gross proceeds.
Her bonuses included $250,000 increments when the movie's gross theatrical revenue reaches a specific amount of the movie, namely three times the its direct production costs.
These mentioned bonuses were part of her contract for the film which also included that she would also be paid $100,000 if she was nominated for an Academy Award and $200,000 total if she took home the Oscar.
Moreover, the Gossip Girl could have earned $75,000 for a Golden Globe Nomination and $100,000 if she earned a win, however, she was not nominated for any awards.
Apart from this, the contract which was never signed by Blake Lively also provided her have approval of the driver who would be taking her to and from work.
In addition, when the shoot would take place in Las Vegas, it was stated that the Green Lantern actress would be given a private jet that would fit her, her four children, assistant, two nannies, and her security team.
