As the release of Stranger Things season 5, volume 1 nears, the creators of the Netflix hit show teased fans by revealing the duration of the first four episodes of the eagerly awaited season.

Ross Duffer, co-creator and Matt Duffer’s brother, took to his Instagram handle to disclose the runtime of each episode.

The brief video clip highlighted the episode titles and their respective lengths.

The upcoming season premiere, Episode One, The Crawl, will run for one hour and eight minutes. 

Episode Two’s title is yet to be revealed, but its duration is 54 minutes. Episode Three, The Turnbow Trap, will be one hour and six minutes long, and finally, Episode Four, Sorcerer, will run for one hour and 23 minutes.

"ACTUAL runtimes [victory emoji]," Ross captioned the post.

This update comes after fans speculated online that each episode of the new season would run for at least one hour and 30 minutes.

It is worth noting that the first four episodes of season 5 will be aired on Thanksgiving Day, November 26. 

The next three episodes will premiere on Christmas Day, and the finale episode will be released on New Year’s Eve.
