With speculations of marriage between Keanu Reeves and his girlfriend intensifying, the 61-year-old actor cleared the air once and for all.

In a candid conversation with E! News at the New York City premiere of his forthcoming movie, Good Fortune, Reeves broke his silence, confirming that he hadn’t tied the knot with Grant yet.

“Well, that wasn't the first time. We've been going out for a long time,” he said when asked if the constant marriage rumours bother him too much.

“The wedding, it's a nice thing,” the John Wick star stated, adding, “People did a lot of nice messages and stuff, but Alexandra just did a wonderful [job] addressing. Like, ‘Thank you, but here's the reality.’”

It is pertinent to mention that the 52-year-old American visual artist recently took to her Instagram handle on September 24 to clarify that the couple hasn't exchanged marital vows.

“This is a real photo. Not an engagement photo or an AI wedding announcement... simply a kiss!” she humbly fired back while sharing an adorable image of the duo exchanging a peck at an art installation.

Grant added, “I'm sharing it here to say thank you to everyone for the congratulations on our wedding. Except we didn’t get married. Good news is much needed these days, but it's still fake news, so be careful out there! So, here's a bit of real happiness!”

Notably, Keanu Reeves and Alexandra Grant have been romantically involved since 2018.
