Did Katy Perry just give a hint at romance with Justin Trudeau?

Katy Perry may have just given a cheeky nod to her rumored new romance with former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

During her Lifetimes Tour stop in London on October 13, the Dark Horse singer shared a playful exchange with a fan who proposed to her onstage.

The fan shouted, “I heard you’re single?” prompting Perry to respond with a knowing smile, “You heard I was single? That’s interesting.”

As the fan got down on one knee, Perry laughed and replied, “Not today! You really should have asked me about 48 hours ago.”

Is this a solid hint from the 40-year-old pop star, or did she say this playfully to a fan?

The crowd erupted, a clear reference to Perry’s recent PDA-filled yacht outing with Trudeau in Santa Barbara, just two days earlier.

Videos from the concert showed the Roar singer jokingly singing, “He’s just a little too late,” as the fan exited the stage.

Perry and Trudeau were first linked in July after being spotted dining together in Montreal.

Both are recently single; Perry split from actor Orlando Bloom earlier this year, while Trudeau separated from his wife Sophie Grégoire in 2023.
