Meghan Markle continues her remarkable fashion run with latest appearance at Fortune Summit

It is safe to assume that Meghan Markle has perfected the art of understated styling at this point.

The Duchess of Sussex put on a sophisticated display of power clothing at the 2025 Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit, held in Washington DC, on October14.

Making an appearance among a host of other accomplished women, the Suits alum stood out in her chic white ensemble.

Meghan took the stage during the summit in a serene white top from Gabriela Hearst, paired with the Esme skirt from Brochu Walker. The brand, which describes its designing philosophy as “less is always more”, is undoubtedly the perfect embodiment of the Duchess’ latest fashion strategy.

She completed her look with strappy nude heels, featuring suede pointed-toe pumps, and minimal jewellery in mixed tones of gold and silver.

Onstage at the event, Meghan shed a light on a number of different topics — from her “complicated relationship with social media” to new updates about her lifestyle series on Netflix, With Love, Meghan.

“It’s a really good one,” she gushed about her show’s upcoming holiday special. “It’s a lot of work, and having done ‘Suits’ for seven years, I remembered what goes into a production.”

While the importance of social media in running a business was described by her with the words, “I mean, I think, look, I have had a very complicated relationship with social media, as you can probably imagine, and I also recognize the role that it plays in business.”

“I also recognize that if you can show up in these spaces and be on the side of good, there is tremendous value in that also. So we’re going to continue to expand the footprint in this social and digital space for the brand,” she spoke in regards to her company, As Ever.

So far, Meghan Markle has had a whirlwind few weeks, which also included one or two globe-trotting experiences.

Starting with her appearance at the Paris Fashion Week earlier in October, the former actress joined her husband, Prince Harry, during two appearances for World Mental Health Day, in New York.

Anchoring their ship in the Big Apple for a while, the couple later stepped out for lunch and other recreational activities with famous pals like Serena Williams and Ed Sheeran.
