Why didn’t Nicola Peltz, Brooklyn Beckham attend Selena Gomez’s high-profile wedding?

Despite being good friends and sharing wholesome memories with one another, Nicola Peltz Beckham and Brooklyn Beckham didn’t attend Selena Gomez’s wedding ceremony.

To note, Gomez tied the knot with music producer Benny Blanco on September 27, 2025.

On Tuesday, October 14, a source revealed to Page Six that the 30-year-old actress and the 26-year-old former photographer skipped the 33-year-old songstress’ marriage because the couple and the Disney star are “not as close as they once were.”

Following Peltz and Beckham’s noticeable absence from Gomez’s wedding to Benny Blanco, news of a rift started to surface.

As of now, the insider has confirmed that the rumours are entirely false, adding that "there is no bad blood."

“Relationships evolve, and it’s true they’re not as close as they once were, but there wasn’t any one thing that happened,” said the tipster.

Another reliable source close to Peltz shared that the duo missed the Rare hitmaker’s wedding because the Transformers actress was occupied in “pre-production for a very rigorous film shoot” at the time.

It is worth noting that Peltz and Gomez became close friends after meeting at the Academy Museum Gala in 2022.

"I feel like she’s my soul sister. I love her so much. She’s truly one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met in my whole life,” Nicola Peltz told Cosmopolitan UK the same year while speaking about her bond with Selena Gomez.
