Zac Efron's brother, Dylan Efron made a heartfelt impression on Dancing with the Stars during Dedication Night with a special performance honouring his younger sister, Olivia and his older actor brother.

Dancing with pro partner Daniella Karagach, Dylan performed a contemporary routine to Rewrite the Stars, originally sung by Zac Efron and Zendaya in The Greatest Showman as the dance was dedicated to 5-year-old Olivia, Dylan’s half-sister.

In a rehearsal video, Dylan said, "I wasn't expecting to be a big brother as she's 5, and I'm 33. But immediately I was inseparable from her. She's everything to me. I want to show her to live her life with confidence."

The dancer also gave a nod to Zac, saying he has "always taken care of me and he did things that were so selfless, I want to be that to Olivia."

Little Olivia joined them during rehearsals and said sweetly, "I just like being with Dylan, he's my best friend and I just feel like I'm free with him."

The performance started with Dylan gracefully carrying Olivia down the ballroom steps and then she ran offstage while Dylan and Daniella continued with an energetic and athletic dance.

At the end, Olivia ran back to hug her big brother as the crowd cheered.

Judge Bruno Tonioli praised, "The next greatest showman! And little Olivia, prima ballerina!"

Carrie Ann Inaba added, "I felt that story to the bottom of my soul… the hope and love you feel for her is infused in every step of this dance," and Derek Hough joked, "Dylan, I hate you. You're a great guy, you're in shape, you can dance and you're a great brother? Come on man!"

Dylan Efron shared on Instagram on Sunday, "Please welcome the newest member of Team DaDy, my lil sister Olivia... by far the cutest,” he wrote in the caption of a photo of the 5-year-old cuddled in his lap during rehearsal.

Additionally, the performance earned a top score of 36, the highest of the season so far.
