David Beckham’s secret tribute to Kate Middleton finally revealed
Kate Middleton’s elegant fashion choice has once again sparked headlines, this time, earning a touching reaction from none other than David Beckham.
The Princess of Wales recently stepped out in olive-green trouser suit from Victoria Beckham’s label during her visit to Home-Start Oxford.
Her stylish show of support for the former Spice Girl didn’t go unnoticed, especially by Victoria’s husband.
In the couple’s new Netflix documentary, the former England football captain revealed a sentimental tribute he had prepared for the Prince and Princess of Wales.
While giving a tour of his sprawling £12 million Cotswolds estate, Beckham showcased a special rose variety named “Rosa William and Catherine.”
“Rosa. William and Catherine,” read the plant marker, proudly displayed among the blooms. To this Victoria visibly remarked, “It’s amazing what you’ve built here.”
The rose, originally bred by David Austin to commemorate William and Kate’s 2011 royal wedding, has become a centerpiece in Beckham’s garden, a gesture which shows the couple’s enduring friendship with the royals.
Notably, Beckham was knighted in June for his contributions to sport and charity, marking yet another high point in his growing bond with Britain’s beloved royal family.
