Nicki Minaj solely holds Jay-Z accountable behind her cancelled album.

For the unversed, the 42 years old singer, last month, announced that she will release her sixth studio album in March 2026.

Now, while announcing the devastating new of cancelling her album, the Starships rapper took to her X account, writing, "Ok I’m not going to put out the album anymore. no more music. Hope you’re happy now @sc [Jay-Z’s handle]. Bye, Barbz. Love you for life."

In another separate post, Minaj once again tagged the 55-year-old rapper, ranting, "They came BEGGING the QUEEN for a tour & album & I said NOPE!!!!! LMFAO. Wanted to patch it up. They needed help from the QUEEN & the BARBZ. I called the Barbz on the secret BARB phone & it was a resounding NOOOOOOOO. just like the casinooooooooooooooooooo. @sc."

These posts apparently point at the ongoing feud between the two with both musicians exchanging public jabs.

The Barbie World rapper’s strained relationship with husband of Beyoncé dates back to 2015 when Nicki Minaj claiming that Jay-Z owes her $200 million for her equity in the music streaming platform, Tidal.
